Terms and Conditions

Our special rates include:

• Apartment rental with fully equipped kitchen
• Electricity, water and gas
• Wi-fi connection in every apartment (*)
• One assigned parking lot (unguarded parking)
• A beach kit for excursions (1 beach umbrella and 2 deck chairs)
• washing machine, iron and ironing board
• Final cleaning for stays of at least 7 nigths- the kitchen must be left clean-.
• Bed and bath linen at the arrival (any changes to be paid)
• Free use of the garden, solarium and swimming-pool (opening from 8/6 to 17/9)
• Services and taxes.

Rates don’t include:

• Air Conditioning: optional , payable locally at check in time: € 10 per night for one bedroom apartment, € 15 per night for two bedroom apartment
• Cleaning fee
• Deposit of Euro 100 per apartment to leave at the reception upon arrival (refundable upon departure)

(*) The WiFi connection offered by the Residence include: free navigation in the ordinary sites, use of email and social networks. Does not allow: download movies, videos, games; view streaming movies; synchronization with the systems of the cloud; link to video surveillance systems.
